About us
There are three key areas where we offer our services: –
We provide proportionate, planning-ready BNG statements using the DEFRA Small Sites Metric — helping planning consultants and architects meet these legal requirements with low cost, minimal delay or risk
- We provide Computer Generated 3D imagery both interior and exterior. Typically taking design information from your 2D design drawings.

Computer Generated imagery
The multiple fit-out views of the four flats above shows what is possible using CGI in a real environment. Nothing in these views is real, it is all virtual and perfectly to scale.
Below, the short video shows how we can take 2D planning drawings and extrude them giving room height to which opening (window and door) details can be added along with wall coverings, lighting and internal décor. Making a perfect 3D model.
Furnishings, either to your own design or from our library, all accurately to scale; can be added according to requirement. Finally using a built in “software camera” still views and walk-though can be created and recorded for a varity of uses.
